Aran Hamilton is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vantage, the only end-to-end enterprise retail media platform, which he has built over more than a decade into a solution used by over 10,000 brands and retailers across 127 countries, managing data and intelligence for purchases worth more than $80 billion.
Aran has spent his career at the intersection of commerce, data, and digital identity, with a background spanning pioneering firms in mobile payments, digital authentication, and emerging commerce platforms. Before founding Vantage, he served as a Special Advisor to the Canadian Federal Task Force for the Payments System Review, was the founding president of the Digital ID and Authentication Council of Canada, and co-chaired IdentityNORTH, Canada's premier identity conference, for more than a decade. That foundation in data infrastructure and trust systems informs how he thinks about building retail media technology that is both scalable and secure.
Under his leadership, Vantage has grown into a platform that helps market-leading retailers and brands including The Home Depot, Longo's, Lancôme, Unilever, and Kimberly-Clark turn first-party data into insight and sustained growth across the full retail media stack. Aran also serves as a mentor and angel investor supporting the next generation of technology entrepreneurs.

Brandon Kane is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Vantage, where he leads the product and engineering organization responsible for building the infrastructure that powers enterprise retail media networks. His focus is on reducing operational complexity for retailers at scale, connecting the systems and workflows that make retail media profitable and manageable.
Brandon brings over two decades of experience in software engineering, data analytics, and technology leadership. His career spans high-growth software companies including Workbrain and NexJ Systems, where he developed deep expertise in enterprise platforms and advanced analytics. He is known for building strong technical teams, translating complex data problems into practical product decisions, and maintaining a clear-eyed view of what actually moves the needle for enterprise clients.
At Vantage, Brandon has been a driving force in architecting systems designed to scale across complex retailer environments, from multi-brand campaign execution to cross-market measurement and first-party data infrastructure. He thinks seriously about the platform decisions that allow retail media networks to grow without compounding operational cost.

Abby Borden is Vice President of Marketing at Vantage, where she leads the company's marketing strategy and brand presence as it scales its retail media orchestration platform globally. She brings a sharp instinct for positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution, with a particular focus on translating complex technology into clear, differentiated narratives that resonate with both buyers and the broader market.
Abby brings more than a decade of experience building and leading marketing functions at high-growth technology companies, with a track record of driving measurable revenue impact alongside brand credibility. Prior to joining Vantage, she served as Vice President of Revenue and Marketing at ARTA, where she grew monthly revenue by 28% and volume by 66% while expanding gross margin, and built out the marketing team at Lexer from the ground up, leading the organization to its biggest quarter on record. She has also served as a Fractional CMO and founded Inkwell, a GTM consultancy working with early-stage SaaS founders on positioning, demand generation, and marketing leadership.
Abby is known for her belief that the most effective marketing is often the least flashy, grounded in disciplined systems, sharp positioning, and the kind of unsexy foundational work that makes bold creative possible in the first place. At Vantage, she is bringing that philosophy to one of the fastest growing categories in advertising.

Nicole Braunstein is the Head of People & Employee Experience at Vantage, where she leads the company's people strategy and HR function as the business scales its retail media orchestration platform globally. Her focus is building the foundational people infrastructure that enables both the organization and the individuals within it to grow.
She brings nearly a decade of progressive HR leadership across retail and high-growth technology environments, with deep expertise in compensation strategy, performance management, HR project management, and employee relations across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to joining Vantage, she served as Director of People Operations at Knix, where she led the full people operations function across both countries. Before that, she spent four years at Aesop managing HR across the Americas, and began her career in people leadership at Nordstrom and lululemon, giving her an unusually grounded perspective on the operational realities of retail at scale.
She is known for bringing a systems-thinking approach to People Operations, including hands-on experience implementing and optimizing platforms and building foundational frameworks designed for equity and scale. At her core, she believes that when people are given the right environment, coaching, and opportunities to connect, performance follows naturally. That philosophy shapes everything from how she builds scalable people programs to how she approaches individual leadership development, always with an eye toward building cultures defined by strong engagement, high retention, and an environment where people choose to build their careers.

Drew Cashmore is Chief Strategy Officer at Vantage, where he leads strategic direction for the company's retail media orchestration platform, helping retailers and other commerce media verticals build competitive, scalable commerce media businesses that go beyond search and into a fully unified approach to planning, activation, and measurement.
Drew brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling retail media from the ground up, including as one of the original architects of Walmart Connect in the United States and Canada, where he helped grow the business to over $2 billion. He was also a founding member of Walmart's eCommerce and digital marketing platforms and served as CMO of Firework, a SoftBank-backed live shopping platform.
A recognized thought leader and keynote speaker, Drew has presented at ShopTalk, GroceryShop, and The Lead Innovation Summit and was named to The Drum's Commerce Media Power 100. Before Vantage, he served as Engineering Director at Lightspeed Commerce, where he led two business units serving Lightspeed's core product lines. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at Flipp as Director of Engineering and Program Management, scaling an engineering organization and establishing the engineering culture that became central to the company's identity.
Throughout his career, Derwin has been recognized for building teams that combine operational discipline with a strong quality mindset, and for creating environments where engineers do the best work of their careers.

Nick Hinsley is Chief Revenue Officer at Vantage, where he leads global revenue strategy and commercial growth for the company’s retail media orchestration platform. Matt Kojalo leads product growth and diversification at Vantage, where he is responsible for defining the roadmap and building the capabilities that help enterprise retailers orchestrate retail media at scale. His focus is on translating complex operational challenges into product decisions that reduce friction, protect margin, and drive measurable outcomes for customers.
Matt brings decades of experience in ad tech, programmatic advertising, and emerging technology. His career spans leadership roles at Skyhook Wireless, where he served as VP of Ad Tech Solutions, and Chitika, where he was General Manager of Mobile, building one of the earliest mobile DSPs. He built his foundation monetizing large publishers at companies during mobile's early growth phase. He is known for connecting commercial strategy to technical execution and for building products that solve real operational problems.
Matt's perspective on retail media is shaped by years of working across the advertising ecosystem. He believes the next phase of the industry will be defined not by adding more tools, but by making the tools retailers already have actually work together.

Edmund Lo is Head of Core Product at Vantage, where he leads the product development and design organization behind the company's core platform, which powers every Vantage customer and accounts for more than 95% of company revenue. He is responsible for product strategy, roadmap, and execution across retail media orchestration, as well as for the structure and growth of the product and design organization itself, including hiring, team design, and operating cadence.
Edmund has spent more than fifteen years building enterprise SaaS products, with a career that spans founding, scaling, and operating. He began his work in ad tech at Flipp, where he built offsite marketing technology and in-house ad serving infrastructure, and later co-founded a technology company that he helped lead through a successful exit. That combination of founder experience and ad tech depth informs how he thinks about the category: retail media is an operations problem as much as a media problem, and the retailers who win will be the ones who can orchestrate complexity without absorbing it.
He is known for clear thinking, a high standard for product craft, and building teams that move quickly without losing rigor.

Daniella Odesa is Director of Ad Operations at Vantage, where she leads the team responsible for campaign execution and performance across the platform. He has a track record of leading complex system implementations, navigating M&A and company exits, and building the financial infrastructure that supports rapid growth.
Outside of work, Anthony is an avid golfer and cyclist, catches live music, lacrosse, and hockey when he can, and is never far from a board game or a good book. Anthony is based in Calgary, Alberta.

That range — from startup to enterprise, from ad tech to consulting — gives him a practical, grounded perspective on what it actually takes to serve retailers at scale. He is known for building strong client relationships, translating operational complexity into clear outcomes, and creating the kind of trust that keeps programs moving forward.
